How to register a effective complaint on Pakistan Citizen Portal?

You have a complaint to register against on Pakistan Citizen Portal.. In this step by step guide I will tell you how you can register you complaint.

Things you need to register a complaint on the portal.

First of all let us start with the things you need.

1. A smart phone Android or iOS
2. Your CNIC
3. A phone number registered on your CNIC

Download Pakistan Citizen Portal App

First of all on your phone go to app on Playstore or on iOS.

You can also search the app in Play Store Simply write “Pakistan Citizen Portal” and click search.

Install the app from play store.

Register on Portal

Now open the app and register on Portal.

You will need to enter phone number registered on your CNIC. Then you will get a code add it in the portal. Then give your CNIC and create a password.

Create Complaint

Click the plus button and then pencil icon. Then go ahead and choose the department to which you are going to complaint against. It is very important that you chose the right department here. You can also later change the person to which your complaint will be sent.

Describe in detail

In Order to get help, you have to provide as much details as possible. Be complete and tell everything from start to finish. Also write dates and time of incident, please mention place as well. Make sure to read it again after writing as you don’t want to do any mistakes in your description. Also please don’t submit any false complaints as you will be reported.

Also make sure to add all relevant images. So that you can be helped properly by the Govt specially if complaint  is  about  a crime.

Give your details

After that fill in your details in the app, like address, phone number. You can also choose to not share these details with authorities. It is completely safe to report via Pakistan Citizen Portal.

Wait for response

Once an action is taken on your complaint you will get a response on your mobile. Go ahead and read it carefully after this verify that the problem has actually been solved or not. Please do leave feedback so Govt can know if administration worked and helped you or not.
